Terms for employers and team admins using The Library Comply to assign courses, track completion, and export training evidence.
Organization accounts are for employers, HR, and training admins who purchase or trial The Library Comply for staff. The account owner is responsible for inviting employees, assigning campaigns, and ensuring use matches your internal policies and applicable labor or safety rules.
We store work email, completion status, quiz scores, attestations, and audit exports you generate. Employee display names may be set at invite. We do not sell employee data. You must have a lawful basis to upload rosters or assign mandatory training in your jurisdiction.
Plans include a purchased seat count. Trial orgs may have stub billing until you upgrade. Seat overages may be blocked until you adjust your plan. Invoices and payment processing, when enabled, are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

When an employee leaves, admins should deactivate or remove their org membership. Export evidence before closing an org. We may suspend orgs that abuse the service or violate the general Terms.
